With a passion for action and delivering long-term value, Justine has successfully navigated the science and art of program and project management across a broad spectrum of industries in her decades-long career. From multi-million dollar ERPs to AI-powered tech startups, she's led high-stakes programs and helped founder-led teams get funded and to production with speed and operational excellence. With a straight-talking, joy-forward approach, Justine is of the mindset that quality program/project management is a necessity for any size company, not a luxury. Based in Chicagoland, she works with distributed teams across the globe ensuring everyone has their voice heard for the betterment of her clients. 

Justine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Law and English Literature from Marquette University and still volunteers with the university by mentoring undergraduate students as they navigate the transition from student to working professional. When not in PM-mode, Justine can often be found honing her culinary skills as she tackles recipes and cooking techniques from around the world. She is the proud mother of three spirited daughters who keep her and her husband on their toes.
